Our Founders
David Dwayne Pittman is the Apostle of The Rock Ministries International. As a third generational preacher born and raised in Sunny Side Texas, he aims to edify, encourage, enrich, equip, establish and empower men and women of lowly state.
Shelia Joy Josey-Pittman is the beloved prophetess of The Rock Ministries International. Her lineage too is riddled with ministerial ambassadors. She is know for her motherly heart to all of church members, mentees and coworkers alike.
